Welcome to AcePlayGuide. By accessing or using our website, booking a session, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

AcePlayGuide provides sports coaching and training services including Private Coaching, Group Training, Youth Academy, and Match Prep packages. Program availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with valid payment at the time of reservation.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be updated from time to time.
• Multi-session packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the session fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all athletes, parents, and visitors to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow athletes. AcePlayGuide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, with no refund in such cases.

6. Assumption of Risk

Sports training carries inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in any AcePlayGuide program, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to disclose any relevant health information to your coach before training begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos — is the property of AcePlayGuide and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcePlayGuide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
